"Everyone was saying how small they were, but they're the same size letters as my army dog tags. They came in an unbroken, blue case. They were greased down pretty good. They worked great on keys."

"Took a little time to get the hang of where to hold them, how to hold them, how TIGHTLY to hold them, but in the end, these were fantastic."
- Aunt Paige
"I really should have paid attention to the size. Too small for anything I need so I'll probably re-gift them. Solid stamps for sure."

"Letters are perfect! Didn't expect such a small case compared to the last set I bought (different seller and had problems with missing letters) but its even more perfect! Not bulky to store and all letters are accounted for!."

"This product worked just fine. I understand that they have to coat them in oil at the manufacturers , but it still drives me nuts. I use these on forks and spoons for gifts."
- Chrystal Mahan
"I love the blocks. Perfect for the project I needed them for! Bummed I didn't have the number zero so I may have to order a different set but other than that, great investment."

"The metal stamps are great! They are perfect size for stamping aluminum washers. They leave a deep enough mark in the metal that takes the enamel paints well. All letters and numbers appear to stamp correctly as well."

"Used it to mark aluminum and steel receivers, some cast some milled, works fine, it is just a matter of practicing. Best is to use it with Craftsman 9-42839 Punch and Chisel Holder, place a line of masking tape to use as upper and lower alignment guides and also to avoid scratching the surface after hammer impact. One hard blow is all it takes, buy a big head light hammer and give it one fast blow, works perfectly. Have marked several and they are still good, obviously steel is tougher than aluminum."

"Durable and great looking. Exactly as expected. Use on metal blanks for necklaces, bracelets, and dog tags."

"Cheaper than some of the other sets I saw but do exactly what they're meant to do. Which would be hard for them not to. Letters come out clear but as other people have stated it is pretty likely that you get a set with multiple crooked letters. So best to watch out for the right angle before you stamp."

"Well made stamps in a sturdy plastic case. I use them for plant labels.
I use them on thin copper so finding the right surface to use as an "anvil" and the right strike pressure was critical.
A buddy of mine gave me a 12 inch square of road plate and now I'm set.
If you're not having luck with these consider the surface under your work. Most wood won't give the right "feedback"."

"Exactly the size I was looking for to do hand stamped jewelry. Unlike many other products, I have found that all of the letters easily line up. the case was cracked when I got it as well, but I didn't find that to be a big issue.
From the tops of the stamps you can not tell what way the stamp is facing, but an easy fix is to put white nail polish on the tops and write the letter with a permanent marker. Stamps are a little greasy, so wipe them with a wet paper towel first.
The only suggestion I have is that the letter O and the number 0 have two separate but identical stamps. I would recommend using one stamp that doubles as the O/0 and having a period or exclamation mark in place of the duplicate stamp. The 6 and the 9 double as one stamp which works well.
Great product, I would buy again in an instant."
